DETAILS:
- Once inflated, balloons are about 24-29" tall.
- The crown is NOT attached to the number balloon. Attach with glue dots or tape.
- Simply insert a straw into the tab at the base of the balloon to deflate.

Ribbons are NOT included. Balloons are shipped deflated and can be filled with air (they may not float if filled with helium). These foil balloons self-seal after inflation. You can take them to your local supermarket or party store to have them filled with helium for a small fee. Be sure not to over-inflate!
